Upgrade paas-portal to v1.1:

  • Add GITEA_EXTERNAL_URL env var
  • Add GITEA_ADMIN_USER_TOKEN secret ref
  • Bump image tag v1.0 → v1.1

New features in v1.1:

  • Gitea user/repo auto-provisioning on tenant creation
  • Git-based deploy (init container clones repo, nginx serves files)
  • Redeploy endpoint (rolling restart)
  • Frontend: Git deploy tab, repo selector, redeploy button
